We can only be successful in the long term if we act responsibly and make the right decisions.
Our Integrity Code sets out clearly what we understand by integrity, which rules apply to everyone and which principles we follow.
Acting with integrity is the basis of our actions
To us, integrity means making the right decisions. We adhere to internal and external rules, act in accordance with our corporate principles and, in doing so, also listen to our inner compass. We have laid this down in our group-wide Integrity Code.
Employees from different regions of the world and divisions have contributed to our Integrity Code and, in particular, to our corporate principles. It provides guidance for everyday work as well as in critical situations and helps to make the right decisions.
Making the right decisions
It is our responsibility to make difficult decisions on the right foundation. This is sometimes challenging and requires courage, but it pays off in the long run. The way we make decisions is a reflection of our actions and thus an expression of our integrity.
The right decisions are the basis for our sustainable success, contribute to our trustworthiness and support our goal of building the most desirable vehicles in the world and protecting the reputation of our brand.
